Information about shipping
The estimated shipping date displayed on the tab of all products in the online store is the date the order leaves our warehouse with the ACS or Door-to-Door courier companies.
If for any reason (e.g. lack of availability) it is impossible to execute the order on the specific date, we will inform you immediately by giving you the new shipping date.
In case your order includes products with different shipping dates, one (1) shipment will be made for all the products on the furthest date & you will be informed about this during the check out process. There is no possibility for multiple shipments of the same order. Excluded are orders that include invitations which leave our warehouse independently of the rest of the products within 8 working days of confirmation of your mockup.
Delivery of your order from the date it is shipped is:

1-2 working days (via ACS or ELTA Courier)
SHIPMENTS TO CYPRUS
2-4 working days (via EMS courier)
SHIPMENTS ABROAD
2-8 working days based on destination country (via EMS or SPM courier)
Business days are counted from Monday to & Friday (excluding public holidays).
It is possible that due to some factors (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, inability of courier companies to deliver on time, etc.) which are independent of our company, the order may not be delivered to you in the time period mentioned above. In these cases, the AN AGAPAS company bears no responsibility.
The day when the shipment takes place, you will receive a relevant update electronically and with the waybill number you will have you will be able to check the progress of your parcel until the moment of its delivery.

Candies have an expiration date of 9 to 12 months. They are kept in a cool environment without moisture and at temperatures up to 25°C. They should not be stored in a refrigerator, while staying in a humid environment or at high temperatures for a long time can lead to their deterioration regardless of their expiration date. Chocolate candies are more sensitive than almond candies to temperature changes. Also, when cupcakes are moved from a cold to a warm place, generally to large temperature difference, there is a risk that due to the contraction/expansion of the chocolate, cracks will appear on their outer surface. In addition, transport of candies in periods with temperature values up to 25°C is done without any risk, while in periods with higher temperatures are sent at the customer's risk and responsibility. In such cases, the shortest shipping method should be chosen and almond candies should be preferred over those with chocolate.

How to place an order
It is very simple! On product page, simply select the Favor Kit option, mark the pieces you want in the corresponding field and "add to cart". Then, order the candies you want from the "Candies & Sweets" category (they are not included in the price of the Favor kit). You can quickly calculate exactly how much you need, since the number of pieces per kilogram is indicated on each type.
You can buy your party favors ready - tied.
Because we know very well that your time is valuable, we give you the option, for almost all An agapas favors, to choose between a Favor Kit package or a complete - ready-made tied favor. Prices of a complete favor include the cost of candies (7 candies for wedding favors & 5 for baptism favors).
In any case, you have made the best choice.

Σας αρέσουν τα προϊόντα μας αλλά θέλετε κάποιες αλλαγές;
Δημιουργήστε τώρα τα δικά σας μοναδικά αποκλειστικά προϊόντα και φτιάξτε τη βάπτιση, το πάρτι, την εκδήλωσή σας με το θέμα και τα χρώματα που έχετε φανταστεί.
Σημειώστε ότι τα έξοδα κατασκευής custom σχεδίου χρεώνονται 1 φορά και έχετε τη δυνατότητα να παραγγείλετε όσα διαφορετικά προϊόντα εσείς επιθυμείτε όπως μπομπονιέρες (συγκεκριμένα είδη), προσκλητήρια, σουπλά, χωνάκια, λαμπάδα βάπτισης, βιβλίο ευχών και πολλά άλλα. Όλα θα κατασκευαστούν με το δικό σας αποκλειστικό σχέδιο!

Η χρέωση αυτή αφορά στις μικρές αλλαγές, όπως αλλαγή χρώματος, μετακίνηση ή αφαίρεση κάποιου σχεδίου/εικόνας ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη μικρή προσαρμογή στο αρχικό μας σχέδιο. Επίσης, υπάρχει η δυνατότητα προσθήκης κάποιου δικού σας σχεδίου / εικόνας στις υπάρχουσες δημιουργίες μας, που θα πρέπει να σταλούν ηλεκτρονικά σε ανοιχτή, επεξεργάσιμη μορφή (illustrator) στη διεύθυνση invitations@an-agapas.gr. - Δημιουργία Νέου Σχεδίου – 60,00€
- Διαμόρφωση / Προσαρμογή σχεδίου – 20,00€
Η χρέωση αυτή αφορά στην εξ αρχής δημιουργία του δικού σας αποκλειστικού σχεδίου από το έμπειρο δημιουργικό τμήμα της εταιρείας μας, σύμφωνα με το θέμα της εκδήλωσής σας και το σχέδιο που επιθυμείτε.
Δείγματα
Στόχος μας είναι η πιστή παρουσίαση όλων των προϊόντων μας στην ιστοσελίδα μας. Σε περίπτωση που παρ’ όλα αυτά επιθυμείτε το δειγματισμό κάποιου προϊόντος, μπορούμε να δημιουργήσουμε για εσάς δείγματα στους κωδικούς που επιθυμείτε (έως 3 διαφορετικά προϊόντα).
Σας ενημερώνουμε ότι όλα τα δείγματα χρεώνονται στο διπλάσιο της αναγραφομένης αρχικής τιμής και προεξοφλούνται με κατάθεση σε τραπεζικό λογαριασμό ή με πληρωμή χρεωστικής πιστωτικής κάρτας προσθέτοντας τα έξοδα αποστολής (3,50€). Το κόστος του δείγματος επιστρέφεται όταν προβείτε σε παραγγελία του συγκεκριμένου δείγματος. Ο χρόνος προετοιμασίας των δειγμάτων είναι περίπου 8 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
