How are shipments carried out and how much do they cost within Greece?

All orders are sent by ACS courier or Door-to-Door. By choosing courier shipping, you are automatically informed of shipping costs according to the volume of products in your cart. The initial shipping cost is €4.43 and increases according to the volume of your package. In case you choose to pay by cash on delivery, you will be charged an additional cash on delivery fee of €3.50.

Will I receive confirmation that my order has been shipped?

The day your order is shipped, you will receive an email informing you of the waybill number with which you can track the progress of your package through the site of the shipping company with which your order was shipped.

How many days will it take to receive my package after the shipping date?

All updates regarding shipping of your order mention the date on which your package leaves our company’s warehouse.

All orders are sent with a courier company and you will receive in 1 to 2 working days from the date of dispatch of the parcel.
