How is shipping carried out and how much do they cost in Cyprus?

Our company makes daily shipping to Cyprus. Shipping is made by EMS courier. While entering your details and selecting courier delivery, you are automatically informed of shipping costs according to the products in your cart. The initial shipping cost is €13.70 and increases according to the weight of your package.

Will I receive confirmation that my order has been shipped?

The day your order is shipped, you will receive an email informing you of the waybill number with which you can track the progress of your package through the site of the shipping company with which your order was shipped.

How many days will it take to receive my package after the shipping date?

All updates regarding shipping of your order mention the date on which your package leaves our company’s warehouse.

Delivery time is estimated from 2 to 5 working days. Weekends and holidays are not counted as working days.

Furthermore, “AN AGAPAS” bears no responsibility of delivery delay due to strikes or bad weather conditions.

International Shipping

How do they carry out and how much do they cost?

Our company makes daily shippings all over the world. Made by EMS or SPM courier. International shipping costs are calculated based on some parameters such as destination country, weight and volume of the package. No order is paid when it is placed. Order management department receives the orders, calculates the weight of the package(s) and calculates the costs. Then you receive a new email with the total order including shipping costs, as well as the link to pay for your order by credit card.
